Recent U.S. import regulation changes now require duties, taxes, and customs processing fees on all shipments from Canada. These charges are set by U.S. customs and courier brokers, and unfortunately remain outside our control. Please track your order using the tracking number on your emailed invoice. Duty and tax payment instructions will appear online within two days of shipment, and paying promptly may help prevent delivery delays. Courier tracking updates may occasionally be limited.
